The staff and associates were very courteous, professional, and answered any questions that I had. The Doctor briefed me on what he was going to do while showing me an X-ray of the tooth. He and te two associates completed the procedure quickly with professionalism and he checked on me during the procedure to see how I was. He answered all questions and was careful not to damage another crown.

Good= Friendly, helpful, honest. Bad= Could not get worked on because I took mg THC. Couldn’t sign consent form. Delayed appointment 1 month Appt 2. Tooth infected now, can’t get numb. Dentist calls procedure 1/4 way through. Surgery needed Appt3. Great job, did not wake up during everything good . Appt.4. First and 2ed appointment in Amherst, Surgery Northampton. Have to be checked today due to pain, fever, swelling. In Greenfield. Checked it out delayed healing. Surgeon was friendly each time, told me procedure had been more extensive than expected.

I can’t say enough good about the best outstanding care I received. The staff is very caring, respectful, patient! Dr T is absolutely amazing! He explained everything as he was providing my care. He made it 100% pain-free. His mannerism was just outstanding and he eased my anxiety. and I had anxiety! I attempted to get my teeth, extracted a couple months ago, but my anxiety caused an underlying problem to exacerbate. I believe that day he actually saved my life! He truly cared about my condition and outcome. I’m very happy that he is younger than me because if I ever need work done again, I will go to nobody else but him! He was spot on with everything I would experience and feel. I never felt rushed. He was very patient and let me take the time as I needed it. I hope the surveys go back to the staff so they know how amazing and important they are. I also want to include the ladies in the office they guided me, helped me, and we’re very courteous and professional. Please give them recognition also. I think them all for everything!

I’m midway through the dental implant process and my appointments so far have been good experiences. Dr. Theberge is very attentive to my comfort and makes sure I understand each step along the way. I’ve also been quite impressed by all of the assistants and the clinical support team. They really know what they’re doing and work well together as a team. Nobody’s eager to have oral surgery, but this group makes the process less frightening and as comfortable as possible.
