Appointment started with X-ray of lower teeth,and back to room. Nurse and Doctor explained what was going to be done and how. I asked him about the procedures on what he was planning on doing and he explained very thoroughly. So we made another appointment to have my teeth removed. I feel very confident that things will be very good on my next visit.

I needed a time sensitive removal of an infected tooth. Connecticut Valley Oral Surgeons fit me in immediately & were professional in every way. One of the medical assistants held my hand while she irrigated with the other hand. That made all the difference in the world for me. Dr. Spink was personable, explanatory, reassuring, and superb. I was perfectly well numbed with local anesthetic and felt no pain in the procedure. Aftercare procedures were clear and I’m doing well. No more pain!. I would recommend them highly.

I had the last molar extracted. I was bit anxious about the idea so they took my fears seriously and gave me options to get me through the procedure quickly without anxiety or pain! It was a very good experience! I was very nervous about having an extraction but as soon as I was taken to the room I was put at ease by the Dr's. Nurse. She was kind , friendly and knowledgeable and never left me alone. Dr. Albenese is wonderful, friendly and experienced. I could not have asked for a better experience and would certainly go to their office again if needed. I highly recommend Dr. Albenese and his staff. !

From the minute I entered Connecticut Valley’s Amherst office, until I left, after having a molar pulled in anticipation of receiving an implant, the staff quelled my anxiety about the process. Dr. Blount and his surgical assistance were a dream team, who calmly coached me throughout the relatively quick and painless procedure. He and his primary assistant answered all of my questions and were both knowledgeable and pleasant. Less than one day later, after taking only one OTC pain pill an hour after the surgery, I feel great. Thanks to all of the dental professionals and staff in the group!
