My husband needed to be seen asap for a badly infected tooth. The staff worked with me to get him seen on an emergency basis the same day. The staff and Dr. Albanese were wonderful!

I'm a frequent flyer cursed w/ troublesome teeth. Over the last 15-20 years one by one (sometimes more) have been removed by either Dr Edmunds or Dr Albanese. They are my go-to guys. They're knowledgeable, considerate yet don't treat me like a hothouse flower. The procedure is efficient as though they've done it a million times, because they have. There are no surprises. From being told the price upfront, what to expect, aftercare information & prescriptions called in immediately to the well synced doctor, assistants & nurses -- CVOS is a well-oiled, yet human, machine. They have never failed to call me the next day to see how I am doing. The one drawback is trying to get an appointment -- they are flat out! However, it's the indication of how good they are. One time I didn't wait. Another oral surgeon was recommended and I gravely, I mean g-r-a-v-e-l-y, regret enduring that entirely malicious ordeal. The doctor was lacking basic kindness, civility even, then the actual procedure itself was aggressive! I was in shock. I have since only gone to CVOS and have yet to have a negative experience.

From the moment I checked in until I left I was treated with the utmost courtesy. Dr Blount and his assistants put me completely at ease during the procedure, and always made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this practice!

An oral surgeon went above and beyond duties that is why he will remain nameless. I had a tooth that was decayed and when he completed I mentioned I had an area on my forehead that drained ever since a car accident. He kindly removed it ans and sent it to pathology and it turned out to be a piece of my windshield glass

An elderly relative had oral surgery in the Northampton office. I got him an appt to be seen quickly and his surgery was scheduled soon after. Other places said it would be 3 months out. The relative had extremely high anxiety due to a previous bad tooth extraction procedure. He came out of surgery smiling (as much as one can smile with a mouth full of gauze). He experienced no pain having multiple teeth extracted. The surgeon and every staff person were wonderful especially Meghan who helped walk him to the car. A+ experience!!!
