Always pleasant and professional. Spaces are always clean. I have been to four of their locations and this is true at all of them. Dr. Edmonds, always explains the pros and cons of a procedure and is honest about his judgement calls. I trust his judgement and advice.

Norma, the person assigned to me was terrific. She explained the pre-op tasks to me as she implemented them and made sure I was OK to leave post op before releasing me. Dr. Albanese, of course, is very good at what he does and I appreciated his skill and TLC during the procedure. There were other assistants too, but they didn't introduce themselves and they disappeared before I could thank them. Overall, the procedure took about 2 hours and it was very caring, professional, painless, and efficient. I will follow the post-op care instructions to the letter to ensure success and stave off possible infection.
