Thank you again! - Ben Thiessen I can’t say enough good about the best outstanding care I received. The staff is very caring, respectful, patient! Dr T is absolutely amazing! He explained everything as he was providing my care. He made it 100% pain-free. His mannerism was just outstanding and he eased my anxiety. and I had anxiety! I attempted to get my teeth, extracted a couple months ago, but my anxiety caused an underlying problem to exacerbate. I believe that day he actually saved my life! He truly cared about my condition and outcome. I’m very happy that he is younger than me because if I ever need work done again, I will go to nobody else but him! He was spot on with everything I would experience and feel. I never felt rushed. He was very patient and let me take the time as I needed it. I hope the surveys go back to the staff so they know how amazing and important they are. I also want to include the ladies in the office they guided me, helped me, and we’re very courteous and professional. Please give them recognition also. They really know what they’re doing and work well together as a team. Dr. Albanese carefully explained the procedure and spread out the two extractions out of concern for the extent of one of the procedures. The process was quick and without discomfort. By the evening, swelling was minimal and discomfort almost non existent. I was recently referred to Connecticut Valley Oral Surgery Associates for the extraction of a molar with an infected triple root canal. The tooth could no longer be repaired. The procedure was performed by Dr Albanese and two Assistants. I found it very helpful that this team were upbeat and friendly and that the mood in the treatment room was relaxed and professional. Dr Albanese explained the procedure to me in detail and what impressed me most was the speed and proficiency with which the procedure was completed! I was sent home with detailed recovery instructions and a prescription for pain. Perhaps I was just lucky, I only needed a single ibuprofen that first night and the recovery in general has been painless! - Mark M Run like a well oiled machine with a human touch.
