Surgery went well, pain minimal, staff was gracious with my understandable nervousness and anxiety. Pre and post operation instructions could have been reviewed more thoroughly before the surgery and written more clearly.

Norma, the person assigned to me was terrific. She explained the pre-op tasks to me as she implemented them and made sure I was OK to leave post op before releasing me. Dr. Albanese, of course, is very good at what he does and I appreciated his skill and TLC during the procedure. There were other assistants too, but they didn't introduce themselves and they disappeared before I could thank them. Overall, the procedure took about 2 hours and it was very caring, professional, painless, and efficient. I will follow the post-op care instructions to the letter to ensure success and stave off possible infection.

I wasn’t sure what to expect and don’t like dental visits. However, the staff and Dr. Blount were professional and very informative. Explanations were given of what I needed done. During the procedure they kept my comfort a priority. When I called post procedure the staff was prompt in getting back to me. Thank you to all.
