My husband has had to have a few teeth pulled and this practice is the best. They are very friendly, compassionate and extremely professional from the receptionist to the dentist. Everyone is concerned about the patients comfort and anxiety. I went in on a Tuesday for consult and by Friday I was already having all 4 removed. I had the most pleasant experience and I couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing staff. They were so compassionate, caring and patient. Dr. Blount was very kind and thorough. I’ve had minimal pain and by following all the pre op and post op instructions the recovery has been great. I barely had any swelling and honestly had I known it would go so smoothly I probably wouldn’t have put it off for so long. I would recommend this group to everyone. Excellent patient care. Thank you so much Dr. Blount and staff! ️ - Delynet M My son was recommended to them for Wisdom teeth removal and we could not be happier with the results at the Amherst office. From the start, scheduling the initial visit and then the surgery (we had to schedule before a certain date when our better dental insurance expired) was very easy. Then, the procedure went great, my son had very little pain and everyone was great to deal with.
Finally, we had a complex insurance situation where we had 2 different dental insurances (overlap of 2 job coverages) for the time of the surgery and they did all the work to bill both and get the maximum payments out of each so that we ended up paying somewhere close to $100 for 3 wisdom teeth to be removed! Every time I spoke with someone, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Such a pleasure to deal with a provider like that! - Doug S Fresh out of an appointment and had a chance to work with Dr. T.
