Dr. Edmunds and staff are wonderful! I was so worried about going and it turned out to be such a pleasant experience. They were informative and very good at what they do. I can't say enough about this group!

Dr. Theberge and his team of dental professionals made my tooth extraction quick and painless. Highly recommend this office. Five stars all the way. From the moment I was in the chair, to the second I left the office, each member of this team treated me with respect, dignity, and compassion. Thank you all so much!

This is a fantastic oral surgery practice. Have had two implants with dr capsio (now retired) he also took out two wisdoms. Yesterday another wisdom tooth. I was nervous as I did not know the other dentists. Dr Edmonds a Canadian was recommended and was a perfect fit. Unfortunately l could not have the wisdom taken out with the injections as l did not numb up, so l had to go back and go under. They managed this time to get that stubborn tooth out. Although l am a hard stick, he managed to find a vien! Felt no pain and before l knew it, it was over. Dr Edmonds called a couple of hours later to see how l was, and the practice called the next day. Very good service.

Dr. Blount and his team were pleasant, efficient and informative. They took great care of me during an emergency oral surgery procedure while in my second trimester of pregnancy. They fit me in their schedule last minute and were so supportive. Dr. Blount did everything he could in a timely manner to complete the procedure in a completely painless way. I would highly recommend this practice.

Highly recommend this place, very friendly staff made an otherwise painful and terrible situation a delight. Second time I've gone for tooth problems and both times were fantastic.

We were told we didn't have insurance and to pay $500. It took my bfs dad calling them and telling them to look at the card we gave them to begin with to see we had insurance. Which we did the new bill was for $120. Then they told me I had to leave because my baby was too loud and to go sit in a hot car while waiting. Also his appointment was at 10:45 it's now 11:20 and it hasn't even started. Save your money go elsewhere.

I had a bone graft done here and had to schedule multiple appointments that were months apart. I work in Boston so I commute a lot and missed a couple on accident after I already had multiple procedures in their office and had established a relationship with my doctor. When I tried to schedule an appointment for the third time I got told that they would no longer see me due to my absence. It was a bit of a shock to me because I had already put in a great deal of time and money to be haphazardly cut-off without even trying to understanding my situation. After the graft they said they would send me a reminder via mail (never came and what company uses snail mail as a way to notify customers of appointments?) and they never called me as I checked the week before my previous scheduling and I received no phone call. I work in customer experience and I tell you that this place doesn't care about establishing long-term relationships with it's patients. Because they loose money if you don't make an appointment so instead they opt to cut you off instead of understanding your situation. I Highly suggest against this place if customer service and building a relationship with you are what your looking for (your procedure may mean multiple visits and thus you get to know your doctor). Just a bit of advice at least send a text message folks. When you schedule things out months in advance give your customers multiple channels (email, text message) to receive notifications. I never received a reminder call on my second appointment so when I heard that they wouldn't see me again this struck me as unnecessarily harsh and left me in a real rut with only half my treatment done. Basing a decision to loose a customer on a policy nobody knows exists (unless its in the fine print) without talking to them is very rude and insensitive. Having a receptionist call as the primary way to contact a patient is outdated and subject to human error ( i.e. forgetting or simply not calling at all) is ridiculous especially when we fill out so much information on the first visit. Many have commented their receptionists are rude and I would agree (Amherst office). I know we are slaves to your care (not much choice) but I highly suggest looking elsewhere if you want an office that takes pride in being convenient and has empathy for both long and short-term patients. Connecticut Valley (Amherst office) your patients also are busy. Why not be more considerate of the people you treat?

Be careful going here. They screwed up the info for our ins and now we are left with a bigger bill then we were supposed to. Now calling me a liar when I told them that the office screwed it up and didn't believe me when I told them what was said during phone conversations. Said they keep records of all calls but yet couldn't see anything from 3 months ago even though I have talked 3 times with their office. The lady got pissed at me and hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

Friends of mine were publically embarassed when the Doctor Christopher Blount refused service and announced to the waiting room that he could not risk the liability of performing surgery on an HIV Positive Gay Man, who is also a retired Veteran, and the condition has been completely under control according to his primary care doctors.
