Dr Spink is a very great oral surgeon. He is also very personable, kind, empathetic, and a good listener. His staff is excellent. Considering everything I went through with a fractured jaw, he made me feel like I was being well taken care of which was very comforting.

After a stressful day yesterday this morning we went back over the paperwork and realized the price quoted and verified with the receptionist was not the amount charged. Guess when the receptionists looked at each other and said about that we should have checked what we signed instead of trusting them, charged $100+ more. Learned not to trust and ask for everything in writing.

My whole procedure was expertly handled by Dr. Edmunds and he was really good at answering questions, which I had a lot of. I didn't feel any pain, and the procedure seemed to be over quickly even though it took about 50 minutes. I have been back for followups and had the same experience each time.

amazing amazing place! (i went to the amherst office yesterday) front desk was so nice, the nurses and technicians were all so so nice in every visit i had. the doctor was awesome and very calming, made very sweet small talk to help distract my nerves. they all answered all of my questions so kindly, and really made me feel safe. the best part was this wonderful nurse with fun glasses and blonde hair who did my iv and set me all up. she explained everything so well and was so extremely comforting. she made me feel truly safe, and when i explained i felt scared and physical touch helps she held my hand and she stayed with me and gently pet my hair until i was under. i wish all doctor’s offices had patient care like that! i don’t have any pain post-op and my recovery is so easy. best place ever, i HIGHly recommend 100/10.

Dr. Edmunds did a quick, painless extraction of a wisdom tooth – it was easier and faster than most tooth-cleaning sessions I've had. He and the staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I feel compelled to write this review as my experience was so overwhelmingly positive. Getting one's wisdom teeth out in middle age with a healthy dose of dental anxiety is no joke; the doctors, nurses, and office made it as seamless and as painless as it could possibly have been. The doctors were excellent, and my surgeon and the nurses were friendly, skilled, and empathetic. I did not have time to get scared. Where this practice (my surgery was in Greenfield, but I was also seen in Amherst) truly is unique is in the quality and happiness of the office staff. When my insurance company refused to pay, they resubmitted the claim for me courteously and swiftly. What stands out for me is the phone call I got a month later "checking in to see if my insurance situation was straightened out and to see if there was anything {they} could do to help". Every time I had a question, I called and spoke to a friendly, informed person within a minute. The staff at both offices evinced genuine goodwill and cheerfulness along with brisk competence. Whomever is responsible for assembling and maintaining such high quality office staff should be commended.

I met with Dr Edmunds, his medical support staff, and the his office staff for a diagnostic evaluation. They were all very thorough, pleasant and caring throughout the process and kept me informed as to the steps they were taking and future steps that would be necessary.
