I just had a tooth extraction with Dr. Albanese. While not the most pleasant of experiences I have to say I was thoroughly impressed by the team of Dr. Albanese, Kerri and Heather. I was in good hands and the overall experience was rather painless. Now home and four hours later I have very little discomfort. The team gave me verbal as well as written follow-up instructions. After a stressful day yesterday this morning we went back over the paperwork and realized the price quoted and verified with the receptionist was not the amount charged. Guess when the receptionists looked at each other and said about that we should have checked what we signed instead of trusting them, charged $100+ more. Learned not to trust and ask for everything in writing.

My whole procedure was expertly handled by Dr. Edmunds and he was really good at answering questions, which I had a lot of. I didn't feel any pain, and the procedure seemed to be over quickly even though it took about 50 minutes. I have been back for followups and had the same experience each time.
