It's hard to say nice things about going to the dentist, particularly an oral surgeon, but CT Valley made what was a dental emergency as emotionally painless as possible. Every person in the office is caring, efficient, thorough, and kind. Dr. Spink is just so... approachable and excellent. He explained everything--the procedures, my choices, I never felt rushed or part of an assembly line. I hope I never have to go back, but if the situation arises, I will definitely reaching out here first.

Appointment started on time. Everything was explained as a procedure proceeded ahead. All questions answered and instructions for after the appointment in home care given. Very comfortable. Atmosphere . Staff was very upbeat and friendly. If more treatment needed I would definitely go to them for any dental procedure.

The Dr and nurse were awesome! I wish I could remember the nurses name, but she was great with my son, made sure she answered any questions that he had and made sure he made it safely to the car after surgery!

Using local anesthesic is stressful. Dr spink and his assistant were wonderful. They explained everything before hand. The procedure went smoothly.

Let's face it getting a tooth pulled is not a fun experience but the staff at Connecticut Valley Oral Surgery understand that . The receptionist was kind and efficient and asked if I would prefer to pay before the procedure as she knew I would be uncomfortable after . Dr Edmunds assistant prepared me for my procedure and was thorough in her explanation of what to do after the extraction. Dr Edmund was very good at communicating about what he was doing( before he did it ) and what it would sound and feel like. If you have to have a tooth extracted I would highly recommend them!!!

some of the most rude staff i’ve ever experienced in healthcare. unwelcoming and when i asked one question made me feel stupid so i stopped asking. I was extremely surprised to see positive experiences? maybe it’s because i’m a college student and they didn’t feel the need to be nice… definitely go somewhere else! comfortability is essential to healthcare, don’t torture yourself with this experience. not a single smile in this whole office.
